Our bodies are "beautifully and wonderfully made" having an incredible ability to heal given the correct opportunity. We at 4th Corner wholeheartedly believe this should include an intentional focus on a more active interventional approach.

 

Therefore, as a fitness forward performance & therapeutic practice we are dedicated to an active therapeutic approach that is enhanced through intentional yet beneficial passive interventions such as manual therapy & or dry needling.

 

To that extent we offer a wide range of orthopedic & or performance-based rehabilitation focused on getting you back to your active life.  

The 4th Corner 3 Step Process

The path to recovery and beyond is different for everybody. In fact, there are no one size fits all interventional methods. That's why we partner with you to develop an individual specific plan of care that is based on your needs. Furthermore, as an evidence-supported fitness forward clinical practice we don't rely on outdated treatment strategies, such as hot packs, ice packs or endless modalities, which unfortunately appears to be more the norm than the exception in traditional, in-network (insurance driven) physical therapy practices. We've dialed our interventional process down to a 3 step process where each step builds on the other to get you back to those activities you're passionate about.

Step 1: Resolve - Your Symptoms

The first step in your journey is focused on alleviating your immediate concerns, whether it’s pain, injury, or any other musculoskeletal dysfunction. Our doctorally trained staff employ a variety of techniques to reduce your discomfort and address the root cause of your symptoms. This stage is all about providing relief and setting the foundation for your recovery.

Step 2: Restore - Your Function

Once your symptoms begin to ease, we shift our focus towards restoring your prior level of function. This involves personalized therapy sessions aimed at rebuilding your strength, flexibility, and mobility. Our goal is to get you back to your daily routines while minimizing your limitations, ensuring you move better, feel better, and live better.

Step 3: Return - To your Passions

The final step in your healing process is all about getting you back to the activities you love but weren’t able to perform due to your initial problems. Whether it’s sports, dancing, hiking, or playing with your children or grandchildren, we tailor your rehabilitation to ensure you can safely and confidently return to your passions, without fear of reoccurrence.
